Follow @SlapBetBlog Guys. We are in a slump. And by we, I mean HIMYM. It's not a slump in viewers. Oh no, thats up more than ever. But the quality of episodes this season has been so...slumpish. That's not a word. I will always be completely devoted to HIMYM, but there have been only 6 shockingly good episodes this season .And for the best show on TV, thats sad. I mean, puppy-crying-wet-in-a-bathtub SAD. And yes, the good episodes have been better than good...but the bad ones have been waaaaaay worse than bad. I'm talking some of the worst episodes of the show.
Now, I already know what you're thinking, "Geez, when did you get so negative?" Well, I'll tell you when. On Sunday I was watching "Once Upon a Time" because it's kind of my rebound show. Anyway, they showed an episode so amazing I was smiling, laughing, crying, and thinking like crazy about whats going to happen next. Then I went online to see how other people felt about the episode, and they said it was just good. That's when I realized HIMYM was in a serious slump. If that "Once Upon a Time" episode was only good, I don't even want to think about what the HIMYM episodes are classified as. So, I have a new challenge for our favorite show: Be better than "Once Upon a Time". Yes, that show is a masterpiece. But HIMYM is a revelation.
And, unfortunately, as Eliza stated below, we are in for one more week of mediocre HIMYM: "The Burning Beekeeper". Sorry. I'm not going to focus on that though.

So. what did you guys think of "Symphony of Illumination?" Like I even need to ask, right? I was incredible. Once of the best episodes the show has ever seen. And who wrote this episode? Why, my favorite writer of the show, Joe Kelly. And who is writing "The Drunk Train?" Why. Joe Kelly. BOOM. So, this episode will be good, if that's how they "Once Upon a Time" episode was. Seriously, you guys need to watch that show.
In other news, the episode will feature Quinn, a freaky inn, a proposal, and from the look of these pictures, a back-to-awesome Barney!

This Quinn girl looks...well...cool. But from the description B&T gave, she's very...Nora-ish. No Robin Sherbatsky. I like her, but I don't think anyone's really going to LOVE her. Either way, she looks cool so I'll just go with it. I'll keep you posted! Remember...BREAK THE SLUMP!

I'm really curious about when Kevin will be leaving. I have reason to believe it may be in the 150th episode, "46 minutes" but don't totally believe that.
And we still won't be seeing Becki Newton/Quinn in "Tailgate". Although, I have a good feeling about her. She might even be likable.

Follow @SlapBetBlog Okay...it's what you've all been waiting for...THE PROMO! I would've had it way earlier but I've been rehearsing for this huge audition till like 11 every night so this is the first time I've seen it :)
And, get this, SBC has broken FIVE THOUSAND so thanks a ton :) My counter's running out of numbers. 

And, Barney, seriously, I love you, but it's like YOU'RE A TOTAL DUMBASS SOMETIMES. And Robin...some on punching never solves anything. :p
Oh! And I have this EXCLUSIVE sneak peek for you all :)

I'm really exited, especially because this is a Joe Kelly episode, and those are always my favorites ("Naked Man", "Baby Talk" etc...)
And may I just brag that I totally knew that Robin and Kevin never had sex? I've been thinking it ever since "The Rebound Girl" and I did a little fist pump when I found out I was right.
And I know I always said I knew it was Barney's, but it's such a relief to hear for sure so, thanks B&T
Although...I'm 95% sure Robin miscarries which sucks a little :(

So, if you were too lazy to click on that, it basically said that we will be dealing with a death (nooooo! not again! what happened to that promise about this season being less emotional?!) , a new girl named Quinn (she'd better be really awesome if they're hoping to phase BR lovers), a wedding (duh), reashuffling of the group (I hope they do a good job with that...), a delivery (Lily or Robin?), and the identity of a titular (I'm gonna have to look up that word...excuse my dumbassery) mama.
And just so we're clear, that last part of the article was a joke....I think.

Hey! So I've been looking up a ton of spoilers and it's impossible to find anything. Promo and photos are STILL not up, to answer the anonymous comment. But you can bet I'll have them up the second they come out.
The girl who WILL be playing Robin's daughter on Monday finally admitted to me that, yeah, she did play her. Bitch really pissed me off though. I spent all this time trying to see if she was messing with me or not.
So, I really haven't found anything, but I'm not done looking so see you soon :)
And they're showing 2 season 6 episodes tonight on CBS LOL.

EDIT: Okay so after my huge day of black friday shopping from 5-10AM I took it upon myself to get some more info for next week and let me tell you it is damn frustrating.
I'm going to see if I can look up a synopsis because apparently they can give you major spoilers, but so far all I have done is been a huge creeper by posting on the actors of Robin's future children's facebook pages. I usually wouldn't do that but I need some kind of information about next week so I can at least try to formulate some theories.
What I did find out is that Barney new girlfriend is someone he'll be even more serious about than Nora. But, again, he's in such a vulnerable place right now, and the writers are going to have to work very hard to change the opinions of the crazy BRo lovers, because I know I won't settle for a new girl easily.
And unfortunately, finding promo photos is like looking for a needle in a haystack right now, so I'm sorry these are photoless D:
So anyway, I'll be trying to keep you posted on this wonderful black friday...now I'm off to ruin an episode for everyone...prepare to be spoiled!!

I think I've said before that although I'm a crazy spoiler junkie, I'm not always totally reliable so don't totally take my word for it.
Well Happy Thanksgiving, all! Although, I'm probably not the only one whos thought of nothing but HIMYM since monday. So today, while I was waiting for my new video montage to download (I'll be putting it on my youtube soon) I did some spoiler scouting, and here's was I found out:
-This will be the first episode ever when we see Robin's kids...and they are not Indian so Kevin is not their dad.
-Robin gets some bad news and tries to hide it from the group. Marshall gets help from his new neighbor decorating for Christmas.
-Kevin is not featured in the episode as far as I know.
-Bays has talked about what's to come next week on ohnotheydidnt.com (thats a real site...I know.) Here's a link to the interview:

So we aren't done with Kevin yet! That should probably make me mad but I'm actually exited!
Although, a very unreliable source told me Kevin is staying for the remainder of the show, but based on the interview, and this person's history of making up stories...I'd say his days with the cast are numbered.

Spoilers for Next Week...and the week after

Okay, so next weeks episode is crazy hard to find info on. There are NO photos to speak of, but I can tell you a few things.
-Barney and Nora break up
How do I know this? Well, I know this because the episode after next is called "Rebound Girl." So, Nora is GONE. I'd like to say thank god, but I'm actually going to miss her a little.
Okay, so next weeks episode is called "Tick Tick Tick." I assume this is in reference to the ticking time bomb in Robin and Barney's souls, wanting to spill their secret. So, here's what spoilersguide has to say about next weeks episode:

• Barney and Robin find themselves in an uncomfortable situation when they hide a secret from their significant others.

• Marshall, Lily and Ted attend a concert.

Yeah. That's it.  I was like WTF too. Trust me.

Here's my problem with this: If Kevin could figure out Barney was meeting Nora's parents off that little bit of info before, why is he being such a dumbass about this? He's a therapist, right? A supposedly good one, so he SHOULD know about their thing. Anyway, I'm psyched!

And for the week after, they say this:
    
       -Ted and Barney discuss making a life-changing decision together, and Robin tries to discourage Marshall and Lily from moving to Long Island.

And even though that one was even shorter, it really intrigued me. Life changing decision? I wonder....

Noretta...Cloaked in Mystery

You've probably figured out by now that I am the biggest spoiler junkie ever...but I'm having trouble gathering ANY info on next weeks episode. I found some photos, but they were about the size of ants. So, for now. I have no information whatsoever. I apologize for letting you down. HOWEVER, I will keep you posted if I discover anything else.
OK! here's what I've got, after like 20 minutes of searching:
So, basically everyone in the gang realizes that their romantic partners remind them of their parents.
Janet will return.
So will a whole bunch of previous guest stars who played the gangs family :)

I thought Nora was meeting Barney's mom, but I guess not :(
Anyway, their plans fail epically. But,seriously. It's not very Barney-like to put up with Nora making him wait so long for sex. I mean, they are dating now right?
Also, just as a side note: you may have noticed B&T are adding a shitload of characters to the cast lately. Do you know why? Well, I have a guess. Perhaps its to keep our minds away from gathering too much information about Barney's wedding. And remember, Robin still has her crush, who I guess comes into play after Kevin is over and done with. All I know is that these characters are here to distract us from the obvious outcome of the wedding: Robin and Barney.
And I'm sorry my posting has been so lazy. On Monday I watched "Into the Wild" and it's been picking at my brain all week. If you haven't seen it you definitely should, it's an amazing film. Anyway, I won't get into it. If I do I'll wind up with the longest post in history summarizing the whole movie.

All I ask is: whats going on with Robins hair lately? she's such a pretty girl, I don't know why she keeps changing it. It looked best in season 2 :)

Aw man! this one really gave me some doubts about it being Robin. I don't know why. It's just as soon as he says: "would I have been happier with the other tie?" I screamed "YES!" but I refuse to let this clip shatter my spirit. I'm a proud Robin-Barney shipper still. By the way, someone told me a new nickname for Barney-Robin: BRo. I like it. It's better than "RoBarn."

OH MY GODDDD!! I feel like they're trying to torture me. This is my favorite clip they have. Very sexy dance, no? Do you think Nora is at the wedding? If so, wouldn't she be kind of mad about this dance? You can see Lily isn't, though.

Well, two days till the premiere and thats two days I'll spend going oot of my mind! I'm also hoping SBC can break 1000 visitors before the premiere so help me guys! Anyway,  my birthday was on Wednesday and my best friend got me a copy of the playbook so I'll be reading that over the weekend. I'm also going to use my grandma's birthday money to finally buy my favorite season (3).
So I've got a pretty packed two days :)

Season 7 Pictures/Promo leaked!!!!!!
